Corepoint Integration Engine™ Level 1 Training

Corepoint Integration Engine Level 1 training provides Corepoint Health customers 3 days of comprehensive training on configuring, testing, and maintaining interfaces. Instructors provide practical examples and labs for participating healthcare professionals to gain a solid understanding in managing interfaces daily. Upon completion of Corepoint Integration Engine training, participants are equipped to create, test, debug, deploy, monitor, and review connections and message logs within their healthcare environment.

Who Should Attend

This training is designed for any Corepoint Health customer who seeks to understand how to use and manage Corepoint Integration Engine.

What You Will Learn

• Create and monitor TCP/IP inbound and outbound connections
• Create HL7 derivatives to support non-standard messages
• Create interface objects such as Action Lists, Subscription Pools, and Code Set Correlations
• Test interfaces using HL7 messages saved and loaded into Corepoint Integration Engine
• Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot using message log files
• Create alerts for proactive notifications and resolutions

Corepoint Integration Engine™ Level 2 Training

Corepoint Integration Engine Level 2 training builds upon the Corepoint Integration Engine Level 1 offering. The Level 2 class focuses on more detailed scenarios.

Who Should Attend

This training is designed for any Corepoint Health customer who has completed the Level 1 training. It is recommended that one has worked with Corepoint Integration Engine at least 3 months prior to Level 2 training.

What You Will Learn

Level 2 training is very hands-on and scenario driven. Topics covered will include:

• Action List Logic
• Alerts – Interface and Data
• Monitoring, Log Management, and Troubleshooting
• Working with Databases
• Batch Processing

Level 2 classes will be held onsite at our Frisco, Texas headquarters.
